Article 8: Guarantee - Returns - Refunds - withdrawal
The articles provided by https: //croix-chrétiennes.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.
If it happened that an article was defective or not in accordance with the description, the buyer has 14 working days to request an exchange or a refund. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Croix Chrétiennes® is bound to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without cost, with the exception of return costs.
Return shipping costs then remain at your expense.
In the event of reimbursement, we guarantee that it is made within a period less than or equal to 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned package. No shipment in counter-reimbursement will be accepted, whatever the reason.
